In a bid to compete with services like TikTok, streaming platform Twitch is now rolling out its own "Discovery Feed" on Android and iOS.

Twitch, the well-known live-streaming platform, has officially introduced a TikTok -inspired discovery feed for all its users. This new feature is available as a tab within the Twitch iOS and Android apps.

After nearly a year of testing, Twitch’s new TikTok-style discovery feed will finally roll out to all users later this month. During a Patch Notes livestream on Wednesday, Twitch announced the new feed that will let you scroll through separate feeds dedicated to clips and current livestreams.

As the name suggests, Twitch's Live Feed will show live footage from accounts that are actively streaming at the same time you're scrolling through the Discovery Feed. Streams will be collated both from accounts you follow and ones recommended by Twitch's algorithm based on your viewing history.

Twitch’s upcoming discovery feed, which resembles the TikTok live stream layout, has been greenlit and will roll out this month.
